Product Descriptions: We strive to display accurate product images, colors, and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display accurately reflects product colors.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Availability: Products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a replacement or full refund.

Customization: Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

When you place an order through our WhatsApp checkout system, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any order for any reason
• Limit quantities purchased per customer
• Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity

Order Confirmation: You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation after placing an order. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance—we may contact you for additional verification.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp. After 2 hours, orders are processed for shipping.

Currently, Gilex Scrubs processes payments via the following methods:

• M-Pesa: Paybill number provided via WhatsApp after order confirmation
• Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to our bank account (details provided upon request)
• Cash on Delivery (Nairobi only): Available for orders within Nairobi CBD

Payment Deadline: Orders must be paid within 24 hours of confirmation; otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

Delivery Areas: We currently ship within Kenya. International shipping coming soon.

Delivery Times:

• Nairobi: 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
• Other Counties: 3-7 business days via courier services

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on location and order value. Free shipping for orders over KES 5,000.

Risk of Loss: Once items are handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to you. We provide tracking information for all shipments.

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Key points:

• 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items
• Customer responsible for return shipping unless item is defective
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
• Customized items are non-returnable

For defective items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a free replacement or refund.

All content on the Gilex Scrubs website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Gilex Scrubs & Wears and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Copy product designs or manufacturing processes

Gilex and the Gilex logo are registered trademarks.

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others
• Submit false or misleading information

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gilex Scrubs & Wears shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from product use or inability to use products

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good-faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation at the Kenya Institute of Arbitrators
3. Binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts for any legal proceedings.
